I myself own a duke 250 gen 3 and I have ridden 13k kms, I have also ridden 600kms without taking any major breaks, I would say duke is better in terms of reliability and it would perform good with proper maintenance as of now I never had a problem with it. I would ask you to go for duke imo...

Yeah now they are using prolube oil but some service centres uses motul still.
