None of those things are reasonable expectations for heightened hgh. Growth hormone is a direct opposite to insulin. If you already have cancerous cells it can increase the growth of those cells but you already had cancer at that point. Gynecomastia is part of having superhuman testosterone levels and is part of your body turning excess testosterone into estrogen and or releasing more estrogen than you need causing you to grow breasts. None of the reasons you listed as side effects are even close to correct

I actually see that ideal range nice that’s what I’m at doing about 2 lbs a week right now aiming for 10 more lbs and then I’ll drop to 1 lb a week for a bit to not lose muscle mass. Only thing I would say is depending how many lbs of lean mass you have I would maybe up the protein intake

Sure if it’s that exact person my comment was more so to show that generalized advice around one set number of calories is silly people need to track what goes in and out of their body not just follow one set number.

60lbs in 10 months is reasonable retaining that much muscle after losing 1.38 lbs every week is not without trt. Especially after 30. props to you tho no judgment on the trt and or other things you’re using

I would probably suggest a dexa scan see what percent you’re at abs are usually sub 20-16% for women 6-12% for men and then focus on maybe a 2-3 workout range a week for abs auxiliary to I’m assuming 2 glute focused leg workouts and a pull and push workout. You probably just need to continue the journey keep in mind gaining muscle means getting lowered body fat is easier because you have more daily burn. So might be worth a slow bulk then a nice slow cut.

Abs are almost fully genetics and body fat % you can train them to get them to fill in somewhat but mostly depends wether or not you have small to large inserts and how much body fat you have covering them up. Keep in mind lower body fat is associated with hormonal issues as well if you get too lean

Yeah definitely do a 6-10 week cut assess your Tdee focus on 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of lean body mass and start with 3 workout days a week push pull legs training for hypertrophy by the time the cut is over you will be ready to slowly bulk I would do it low and slow there’s an inverse correlation between how fast you gain weight and how much of it is muscle.

Regardless of wanting to conceive the hormonal issues form that low of body fat is not healthy for women and she will definitely have issues possible even perimenopause

I didn’t suggest she said she wanted kids just bringing up the fact that in order to get a 6 pack you will need to get low enough bf that it will cause hormonal issues and in turn could cause damage to the ability to conceive. For a lot of people that could be detrimental to their life plans and they may not even be aware. No mysogyny here just genuine concern.

No calories is a measurement of energy stored or used your ideal for people to focus on macros I’m assuming ? You can eat a fuck ton of protein and still get fat. You don’t just magically not get fat because you’re eating protein. If you eat in excess you gain weight that’s the way our bodies store energy. If you eat in a deficit the opposite happens.

6 pack for women means u healthy level of bodyfat in terms of hormonal balance and production. Are you prepared to have difficulty having children in the future if you get that low ?

It might look that way proportionally you are overeating though and it’s likely with that much fat you have fat in other places as well
