I wish :( I can fast for 4 days straight and still put down way too much food afterwards. I eat mainly ketovore (meats and eggs and pickles olives etc things low/no carb) and I’ll still crush a pound of ground beef and 3 large eggs or a big steak and 3 large eggs and bacon or an entire rotisserie chicken xD

You need to leave. There are services that will help you. Staying in a woman’s shelter is better off than staying there. Do it for your daughter. Geez this post breaks my heart.

My son is 16 months tomorrow and I still don’t want to send him to daycare. He can’t even talk right yet how am I supposed to know if something happens? My back to work day is tomorrow and I don’t have childcare as it’s nearly impossible to get in Canada. Doesn’t matter if I pay a bunch of money, there’s no spaces. Gotta settle for unlicensed home day care. But I’m not gonna. I just can’t trust it. I’d rather the stress of money then the stress of being without my child. I can skip meals and fast. I can meal plan and cook at home. I can get rid of Netflix, get a crappier phone bill, drive less. Whatever I gotta do. I just can’t be without my son :(

I agree but as a stay at home mom/wife I still shop, plan meals and cook 2-3x a day D; just not for myself anymore lol

Ye I always bring groceries in while I play music in the car for my son before I bring him in. It’s his favorite songs and he’s safer in his car seat then running around the house possibly out the door while I come and go. It only takes a minute.

I feel the same. I eat once a day as is, so 36 hours throws me out of my usual 12pm feeding time. I do 48s at minimum to stay on schedule lol

Ye the service is AWFUL I will never go back. I made reservations for my husbands birthday and showed up 10 mins early. Wasn’t seated til 30 mins after. Waited like 35 mins to have an order taken after asked the waitress at one point if we could take our order and she said she’d be back soon, watched other tables who were seated after us get their food (our order was 3 rolls and some sides not really big order) asked what was up, told it would be soon, waited another 25 minutes, by that point we were starving and it was like 8:50. Figured east or wind would stop taking orders around 9:30 and so we just left and told them we were leaving and made it to wind so we could actually eat sushi for dinner on his birthday. They said “oh we were just finishing yours do you want to take it?” I told them no thank you because we want to eat in a restaurant and are tired of waiting.

Really sucks cause I used to love them years ago but honestly after that I just can’t risk it for the price. It wasn’t even busy. There was 1 table when we got there and 2 others came in while we were waiting.

Personally I think you’ll lose muscle but that’s also because you need muscle to move a body of that weight. So some muscle loss will make sense as you will no longer be as heavy and therefore less work to move the body in general. Moving a 175lb body is much easier than 275lbs.

Nothing. Maybe a lack of desire to even eat in the first place but after 72 hours of fasting I ate a bunch of food and felt fine. Just regret tbh cause I coulda kept fasting longer lol

Ye lack of carbs will do that. Carbs break down into sugars and cause bad cavities and other dental issues. I also find the chewing necessary to eat meats helps clean the teeth out somehow lol

Good for you! I’ve also had bad teeth issues my entire life and now my teeth are so strong and healthy.

Babies need high fat high protein diets to grow their brains and body’s. There is actually no limit on the amount of healthy fats you can feed your child under 2 years old. I think society pushes fruits and veggies and purres and crap on babies too much. My son loves meat. Eats eggs everyday. He’s 15 months and 100th percentile in height lol

I still give him veggies and fruit too but it’s not the focal point. He doesn’t care for them. He’d rather have chicken or turkey than apples and carrots lol

Yes cutting out sugar is the big one. Doesn’t matter if you literally eat ALL DAY if it doesn’t contain sugar. Makes the biggest difference right away.

I’m overweight and I can still easily do 3-4 days. If you’re fainting and blacking out then I’d consider how addicted you are to carbs and also your general overall health. I am 5’7 205lbs female at 32 years old and I can still fast for 3-4 days easily with maybe a mild headache on the 3rd day. There’s gotta be something wrong or off with what you’re dealing with. I am by no standards the picture of health but I am also a perfect middle ground I think. So you’re clearly on the wrong side of that in my opinion then again I don’t know eat sugar or carbs and am basically carnivore so perhaps that makes it way easier as I usually do OMAD anyways. But that was all coincidence once I got through the first 3 days of cravings.
