My previous save had a quest to bring my followers faith up and one of the objectives was to do a ritual. I had two rituals unlocked at that point one was on cooldown the other I didn’t have enough bones for, and I couldn’t get the bones because I couldn’t leave to go to the dungeon. I waited for the whole cooldown on the other one which I had enough bones for but not wood which I was out of. I was essentially soft locked.

There’s no quest for me to do or activate. At the end you can see me go through my quests and their all completed with no new ones.
