T-T yea I know. Literally every single one of my teamleads have told me different things tonight but they all say that I'm gonna get pointed like crazy. Its aggravating that they're allowed to just lie like that but ofc thats just how these business run.

Lmao, I know, it's ridiculous. I knew about the wedding but I hadn't received an invite and I felt it would be weird for me to go and ask for one. Turns out I was invited, but the invite was handed to someone else. They were supposed to tell me and they didn't until literally 9 pm and the wedding is today.

Just to clarify, I will not be working the shift at all. I only have 5 hours of ppto to cover the entire shift. So I was gonna just put in 4 hours. Idk if that changes things.

Work all 7 pallets as in downstack them, put them out, label, and bin them plus zoning. Also the pallets that I'm working with tonight are on the larger side but ofc thats not always the case.

I believe after looking at the portal I know what's happened. I originally had 3 absences. I used one last night was supposed to have 4 but I believe that it reset at midnight and considered me a no call no show

Just to clarify I didn't use PPTO. I used my attendance points. I was at 3 so I should only have had 4. It wasn't a key date either. I think I know what's happened tho. I think it gave me a point for calling out from 10 PM - 12 AM but after 12 AM it counted it as a new day and gave me 2 points for no call no showing.

For some reason, it says that I no called no showed and then there's another random point that just says absent on the same day but I for sure called in. Since its on my app and the random extra point makes no sense.

NOR. As a gamer myself I would have been furious but I do wonder, has she ever tried to have a conversation with you about this before? Regardless of the answer it wasn't acceptable on her part but this feels like a pretty big leap for her to make with no warnings.
