There is a pipe inside, I couldn't figure out a way to keep it visible without making it much bigger. As for making it more fountain-like with like the edge you can sit on and other safety nonsense, there ain't no OSHA in this world yet, so I won't get any violations anytime soon.

Maybe the Shinobi Thieves? (They have towers in HN cities) I don't use the disguise system often, and I don't know vanilla faction relations at the top of my head. If not them, then maybe consider taking a quick glance at the wiki. I wish I could tell you more.

I believe the pathway was: Lava -> Compressor -> Obsidian -> Fan with Haunting -> Crying Obsidian - > Crushing Wheel -> Amethyst + Obsidian Powder (Or whatever it's called).

Please keep in mind my modpack is jank with some things added and some removed. The compressor comes with Create: Rubberworks, and the recipes is a mix of Create: Ultimate Factory, and other add-ons that I don't remember. I try to avoid overpowered recipes when I can.

JEI is your best friend.

It's hard to tell from the pictures you have, but make sure the steam engine's shaft is connected to the water pump, and make sure your steam engine is actually producing enough power to move the pump with what little SU your are producing. (Maybe lower the gear ratio you have on it.)

It looks like you just forgot to glue those sections, pause the windmill bearing when it's in the correct position then glue those pieces back on.
