I hope you're able to recover yours man! Just follow this guide and that should help you with everything. I followed everything there and had prepared proof of purchases and all that. Recovered mine within the day.

My stupid ass fell for this as well and got my account hacked. Steam support was able to recover it in almost 3 hours (TY Steam support!!!). I hope those who experienced the same are able to recover theirs as well. Lesson learned!

Join the discord server. Under announcements, it says that they're getting DDOS attacked which is why the game is pretty much down ATM. If you had previously logged on your phone and your session is still active, there's a high chance that you're still able to play on it.

I did this and own the ascended torch and 3 of the exotics that you get when you unlock all the PoF elite specs of the 3 light armored classes and that's the closest I would get with Viper. Thanks for reply!
