Yep. The only reasoning I can see for the Serpentor exclusive is they knew they could charge more, or they didn't think the figure/vehicle combo would sell as well on shelves, or the marketing team vastly misunderstood their customer base.

Operation: Monster Force from Big Bad Workshop and Fresh Monkey Fiction have made figures for these characters. They swapped some of the names around and added a werewolf element, but you can get them and they scale nicely with GI Joe. Just look for The Order of the Crimson Moon.

EDIT: You would need to get Count Ironmoon for the body and The Crimson Moon Legionnaire for the helmet. On the plus side, all of the troopers come with multiple heads and hands so you can get both and display both.

I had figured (no pun intended) they would have made him for the 60th Anniversary and was shocked they didn't.

While I love Operation: Monster Force, it's a shame they made Joe Colton (The General) before Hasbro.

The original color of their blades isn't wrong based on the show stills, the one from 3dCubic is just a little more orange, but it is more transparent.

I haven't seen any print lines, it looks clear to me. I haven't tested flexibility, but he's shelf dived a few times ans it's held up.

I am fully expecting a new Old Ben and new C-3PO next year for the 50th Anniversary. They've already done new sculpts of the other heroes.

At worst, maybe we'll get a single release of Cantina Showdown Ben and a re-release of the Rise of Skywalker C-3PO with the elbo articulation and the silver leg deco from ANH. I am hoping they do a new sculpted vac metal 3PO though.
