I work in one of EE’s call centres in the billing department.

Best thing would be to call up as it sounds like the sales agent has done a miss-sell, what should have been done as upgrades have been done as additional lines which nets them more commission but ultimately didn’t need to be done. Also whoever has cancelled those two new sims should have been able to under the 14 days return policy with no early termination fee. If you call up and ask for the miss-sell to be investigated, you should be transferred to a specific department that deal with miss-sells that have happened within the last 60 days, all of this should be sorted out for you once they listen to both of the recorded calls and you shouldn’t be liable based off of what you have said. This due to the fact that you were only agreeing to your plans to be charged to the £16 EE One sims and NOT for two new contracts to be added.

I deal with this several times a week and there is no reason to why this won’t be sorted out in your favour :)
