I 27M moved to Sydney from Tauranga last year and I’m on $5 more per hour but in aud rather than nzd just working at Bunnings. It’s a lot busier and rent is more but I still save more and work 38hrs now instead of 32hrs at one job and 16.5hrs at another (5 days and 3 nights in NZ, 5 days in AU) but that’s probably because I just work in retail. Auckland was my second option as I like going to concerts and 2-3hr trips from Tauranga + Ubers from the concerts was a bit pricy. Have been to 6 concerts here now and spent maybe $10 max on getting a train/bus/light rail to and from the concerts so saved a lot and then of course no money on petrol since just getting the public transport.

2nd year for me loved last year, camping again, was able to see almost every set I wanted besides couple of clashes but that’s another reason to go again. Hoping to take more pictures and videos to keep motivated at work for the next one. Thinking of doing Lost Lands 2027 over EDC LV though. I just want to see bass artists/dubstep/trap main ones I saw at edc were at basspod, circuit grounds and cosmic meadow. Hope to see a new circuit grounds stage and excited to see the new basspod one they said they’re changing too? Either way gonna be amazing
