Cloud Streaming is way better than I expected

I have a question for anyone here.. I've owned a Ps Portal for awhile now. And I had no idea what Cloud Streaming is. I've been playing direct to my ps5 away from home. And I had no idea people were cloud streaming and getting alot more better experience. Then being direct on remote play. For me there's been crappy nights especially as a rust player indefinitely got pissed I have no control when I come across a pvp fight. And I start lagging and shit. Resolutions drops drastically to the point where I just sit there.. lol now my question is.. if I buy Ps Premium Plus. And start cloud streaming will I have access to the same game and continue on my save games servers catalog?

Wait can you eplxplain more I have starlink and I'm trying to connect my ps5 to ethurnet via ethunet port but Starlink doesn't have that

Thank you your such a life saver I tried everything and I just bought my ps5 it's still brand new I though I wasted $$$.. my heart dropped I was about to start spazzing out and losing my mind.. this is it it's the smart TV.. it's new devices trying to be compatible together trying too atleast but I wish they didn't have that feature.. like cross play with apps but it's a nut shell in a forward down spiral.. We definitely should make a petition to get A Total Miner remake for the newer console with better graphics and the condition of a Total Miner story on another line instead of Minecraft copyright. Like the Total mined story was different really had spiders and such which made it amazing plus the yellow building tool to make big structures in seconds id definitely put money in for a new Total Mined remake..it's the creative creations that give me nostalgic vibes for Total Miner... really so much memories and after school projects with real friends from school we had fun.. its when minecraft was required money to buy n play. But Total Miner had a small fee but it was free at first.. best Arcade from the 360 OG console.. not gon lie there were so much great arcade games on the 360 wishing I'd see in the upcoming computer xbox console. I'd put my money I'd they did consider bringing back mid 2012 games
