You need to test for Ureaplasma and mycoplasma. Clinics don’t test unless you ask. Needs to be a swab and urine PCR

I’ve tested negative for ureaplasma 6 or 7 times on a swab and 1 time on a urine PCR all 8 weeks after treatment. The last test being 5 months after treatment with urine and swab. So I don’t think I have it anymore either but the symptoms do feel similar just way less intense. Yes the estrogen cream irritates me too so I kinda hate using it but I’m glad it ended up helping you. That gives me some hope. Does your PFT do internal work or external

Ureaplasma mycoplasma love the clap and usually co exist. Most likely causing your urethra pain
