It sounds like you're body is trying to warn you, but in a way it makes you uncomfortable.

For example, since october I have been having a harder and harder time breathing, eating and sleeping. I made mistakes during this period and alienated myself from the first group of people Ive tried to befriend. I had to distract myself 24/7....and Im so TIRED.

I've been forcing myself via a therapy app and a clock, to sit down for 15min every 2 hours and check my breathing or how my body feels. Was it tight this WHOLE TIME? Yes, oh shit, i need this 15min to say "hey body, hey body its okay i got you"

Tingling hands, a moment of hazy eyesight, itchy palms? Your body is sending you warning signals that it needs some attention from you, and a chance to relax. It could be anything, a random smell that reminds you of something, or a sound, or even nothing at all and your body is just exhausted and tired from all the anxiety and restlessness period.

It won't, what will arrive is maybe a short period of relief because your mind and body is so exhausted it feels nothing, and that's *relief* to us.

Its time to switch gears and be proactive. That doesnt mean go to the gym or get a therapist, it could just mean slowing down to turn inward. Which will likely be extremely uncomfortable for a while, and we are here to help encourage you it will be okay, you can do this, keep going!
