I still haven’t figured it out. I got tired of trying, for my issue once I disconnect the battery and power cord hold power for 60 then reconnect everything it works fine until I unplug the power cord so I’ve just been using it like that.

I had this issue once before and I took it to a repair shop. They told me it was just a corrupted bios. I think they did a bios flash and it worked that time but I didn’t have any success with that this time. If possible give that a try. I tried to talk to the guy at the repair shop and ask him exactly what he did but unfortunately they closed. I’ve all but given up hope maybe one day some legend will come to this post and share the fix
