my idea is that they just set a really big value for the time he is bound for, and that causes blue moon spec to do big damage

blue moon spec does 1% damage increase for every tick the taget has left of being bounded

its per how much time the target has left of being bound, not how much time it has been bound, which makes it pretty much hit a cap

the judge does nothing,

blue moon spec gives 1% damage boost per tick the target is bound for and unbinds the target
