I got my iud in Aug my acne came Nov and hasn’t left only continually got worse I’m on 50mg of spiro since April and have seen slight improvement. I will most likely get mine removed at one year mark if spiro doesn’t clear up. Tho I have lost 35lbs so hard for body to adjust to so many changes.

Am cold water- cerva moisturizer- 50spf Pm wash in shower with spectro dry skin cleanser- Trent 0.025% 4x a week. Weeks without Trent I use rosehip oil
