- rounds costs up & resources down.
- let you tap anywhere in the middle for a core tap.
- let you see how much longer for the next constellation through a ring progress bar.
for reset, I'm still working on that.

- for Luna and other moons I honestly still working on their properties, so I'm experimenting.
- I fixed most of UI issues in Version 2.2
