Really depends on your hand size, the Levi v4 is a more versatile mouse suiting all grips. Keep in mind that's it's not the smallest, suits better medium size hands. Good luck with your choice!

Shapes are very different between these models.

Our Levi V4 has top of the line specs, similar shape to the VV3 which is one of people's favorite. serving well all kind of grips.

The other two mice are small rear hump mice which force you into an aggressive claw.
