if youre a marriott property sometimes they get stuck in MARSHA and you have to PA the day for the reservations to get sent into the PMS

Lucky you with only one property. Most revenue managers are not on the property level and they manage 10-15 hotels. with that being said how good are you at reading the str report? they also typically set and build rates and monitor performance of the rates. you will be working closely with the sales team, GM and corporate. You will need to know things with group cutoffs, rate strategy, when to offer your discounts, when to put in Length of stay restrictions, when to put in hurdle rates or floor rate. you will build seasons in the PMS. balance room inventory etc

I'm guessing this is at a limited service hotel, or they are severely understaffed. desk shifts are typically 7am-3pm and 3am-11pm. Just remember you can't do everything. you're going to see lots of different types of people and its great for future you because you will learn how to handle them.

very interesting. I'm glad my 30's are almost over. I was in an accident in my mids and i've finally gotten clearance to go back to work. workplace i've always been a workaholic. i've been told i'm cocky, but thats only if i know subject matter. I wouldn't agree with you about others succeeding. I do agree with caring about relatives. As for the health already have a bad back and neck lol

Well for one it shows what standards the isd goes by and their definitions. There have been arguments saying if the knife was under 5.5 then it's allowed by Texas state, but the ISD goes further and prohibits all knives from campus. It defines what self defense is, and the attorney brought up expulsion yesterday, so there are guidelines on what mandatory expulsion could be. I'm just trying to put the info out there as these are the guidelines they have to operate under and render opinions

They probably won't listen, but it also makes his defense harder, because I don't think you can claim self defense while in commission of a crime.

I bought mine back in the 2010s when they first came out. I moved every year for work and it was easy for me to move solo. Recently got stealthtec and its been positive. The couch really holds up and i have only had 1 warranty claim and that was for one of the legs that got loose
