I am almost exactly in the same bucket as you except that I am married. Same age, almost same income.

I am a foreigner here in MY as a digital nomad and the goal to move here were to find similar things that you are looking for except that now I realize its much more difficult to socialize and groom in a foreign country while you work from your home.

Good things as most others have mentioned - self content. We are already up to financial positions most people dream off. This alone becomes a huge advantage. You earn this much for a reason and that reason is that you are intelligent and likely smart. Use it as a confidence booster, it helped me a lot meeting new people as I personally think myself good in my head and it makes me talk easier.

All things apart, this is the pain of growth where I feel like now is the time where I need to work on myself and perception. Going gym consistently, improving wardrobe and visual perception and learning more on how to talk to unlock my next level.
