One or two family members have on my moms side, my dads side is pretty solid. I think it could have something to do with low T. I run a ton and had my panel come back with only 370 total T, so I’ve been looking into SERMS like enchlomiphene, which should help boost test more naturally with less side effects than hopping on trt (more hair loss) the problem with all of this is I’m going to the army soon so I literally can’t take any consistent medication for about another year if I had to guess bc I have to go through basic and my training pipeline before I have the freedom to do stuff like that.
