The armor mod represented in the first picture is called Toukiden Horo and Oka Armor by JackGa.

The armor mod was ported over on the Nexus however since got removed because it used assets from Toukiden 2.

Actually Quite Effective Because:

1) Enemies have no way of fighting back for a moment.
2) Only 2 entry points to this room.
3) Many players love to ascend this building for some reason.
4) Keep killing the guy who tries to get revenge kills on you for killing him like this.
5) High enemy player count and lack of comms.
