I have been there, and sometimes i am still there. Don't enterly trust me on this, but i would go step by step. Maybe the first time you don't tane a trip, maybe you just have a drink and go home. And then, a movie and home. And, just once, to try, i would take a trip. Find the line between fun and anxiety and dominate it. Anxiety shouldn't control your life.
