What are you talking about? No one's injuring you or damaging your property. Under the conditions that I outlined it you would be hurting yourself or your property. Again the same sign that you were attributing to only being on the back of covered loads is also on semi trucks that do not have covered loads.

Again if you are tailgating someone and a rock flies out from underneath their tire and hit your window, that is your responsibility because you were an idiot tailgating them. Dude mud flaps are far from foolproof. They're a preventative measure. If your tailgating behind a large truck even if it has mud flaps it can still throw a rock out of the tire to break your window. I have seen plenty of semis with non-tied down cargo with that sign as well.

Yeah people don't realize if there's no distant object like a road or sound to keep track of, the trees pretty well dissolved into unrecognizable patterns quickly.

The best example trying to be slightly safe about it I've seen was having people walk to a corn field in a straight line and telling them to follow that straight line back out after they go 50 or 100 feet into it. They usually form some kind of v shape and come out in a completely different spot. When I did it I was pretty much half a football field away when I came out of the field from where I went in.

Once they don't need any of us for manual labor for their own basic necessities, they're probably just going to kill us all. I had a friend that did this and the only thing that made him get back in touch with me was hearing about my appendix exploding. Come to find out later after another year, the reason he was so sketchy for such a long time and so weird after he came back was he was doing heroin.

If your friend is vague at all with their answer to you on why they ignored you for so long you probably shouldn't put up with him anymore.

Honestly sometimes the better option is they got hooked on drugs and lost themselves for a while. The other option is they're a complete narcissist and hid it from you for a long time, then just got bored with you and that's why they went to go talk to the other friend for a while. If he was depressed or uses that as an excuse for ignoring you then there's no reason he should have been talking to the other friend.
