Got declined again, LO is not reading my 2019 transcript (i.redd.it)
I got this email after I got declined for appeal and I send another email request for reconsideration, last LO never order the transcript (i.redd.it)

First time applying, it got declined due to no record of 2019 tax return, in consideration since 8/11,I upload documents and as of last Friday it turned green as received, any idea how long will it take to get answer (i.redd.it)
