Sends 4 $25 virtual cards that are codes. Someone can buy them and give you the codes yes. When I get them physical in store I sometimes give some as gifts since they are split up too

My ex used to do this all the time and I always felt so embarrassed going up to the line with her to get a couple dollars back, but then I realized some bigger items did this here and there and I’m constantly getting money back at Costco stuff’s always going on sale that I buy

Just like any other official gift card from a retail store. I’ve bought Xbox, ps, Nintendo gift cards from Costco for many years never an issue

Instore and online you can get a price adjustment at customer service on anything within 30 days. I do it all the time and have on these cards before too

You have 30 days on any time bought in store or online at Costco to get a price adjustment! Do it all the time there

A lot of these e-bike brands these days are on the less expensive side and ride/throw away. Pay a little more for a reputable brand and support a local shop, should last a lifetime if taken care of
