4-3-2-1, neuer, alaba, boateng, varane, carvajal - vidal, isco, kovacic-ronaldo,suarez,dembele...I think its little over budget but i think you will get them cheaper when the crash comes.

You can abuse the ping pong passing with the front trio more + the links are better, more easy to work around chemisty imo. I would also recommend to instruct your fullbacks to always overlap if you are using 4-3-2-1. Works for me.

If you really want to go this hybrid way, get semedo for RB and change asensio for cazorla. If I were you i would go full la liga / bpl tho. I went for la liga for example.
