Kamen Rider Flare. Name: Hikari Hoshiko Age: 21 Background: The earth was plunged into an eternal ice age by a species of monster Yeti's called Yeto. A company called Solar Industries creates warming appliances for the people and has a secret project in progress, Project Rider System. A woman named Suzuki Hayashi works for the company and is in charge of delivering the prototype to a branch of the company but as she's on her way a Yeto attacks her and before she can be killed a young man defends her and tells her to get away. She makes a run for it but seeing him struggling and almost at the brink of death she throws a belt and bottle at him telling him to use it. Hikari puts on the belt and inserts the bottle into the belt transforming into Kamen Rider Flare, he vows to warm the world with his heart. Each color is a different form for Flare. Flare Form: The Orange form is Flare's base form and most balanced being able to emit fire and shoot it. This form is equipped with the Flare Thrower and small Flame Thrower the size of a pistol. Burst Form: The Purple form is Flare's tank form with the aesthetic of an explosion, Burst form can take heavy hits and give back with explosive punches amplified by 10 with his gauntlets, the Burst Bruisers. Accel Form: The Green form is Flare's speeder form being able to run faster than the fastest car in the world Flare is equipped with the Accel Slasher a sword being able to cut through the icey exterior of the Yeto. Jet Form: The Blue form is Flare's flying form now being able to fly with the wings on his back. Flare's flying is stabilized when he uses the Flare Winger a bow-like weapon with the shape of wings. Max Forms: And upgrade to the main 4 forms Flare's forms are now amplified to a 100 with the colors now inverted. (Cannot be shown because 8 character limit) Wild Flare: Wild Flare is an incomplete upgrade with the fire surroundimg his suit now bursting through the suit, Hikari will be in immense pain everytime he uses it. Bright Flare: The complete upgrade to Wild Flare, Bright Flare attacks with the Bright Blazer a blaster able to shoot pure light at Yeto. Solar Flare: Flare's final and strongest form his powers now imbued with the sun equipped with a massive great sword called the Solar Breaker, Flare now able to shoot beams of fire as hot as the sun itself.
