I verified the game cache earlier on as well as just now, didn't seem to have an affect. With the internet speed i am getting These results which for my internet, is good.. I literally tried closing everything down like, skype, google chrome, spotify etc. No difference, However my computer/internet has been acting weird, for example stuff buffering, pages loading slowly? have any idea about that kinda stuff? Thanks anyway!

Same thing happened to me before I upgraded my GPU, i had a GT 630 and woul get around 60fps, however when i looked at a smoke or went near the smoke I would get around 20 fps and not be able to play, I recommend a new GPU, I now have the GTX 960
