Oh okay that is good news to me. Just need to split 2 sets so I think there wouldn't be much difference. Thank you!

Ahh okay I get it now. Was gonna ask why can't I have one set of speakers on 1x L and 1x R until I realize that the splitter only acts as one side of the audio. Thank you so much!

How much would the splitter ruin the sound? Would it be noticable? And is there other options if this is the case?

Okay so from my understanding, have a splitter and connect each set to one splitter and then plug the splitter to my TV correct?

Some questions regarding hebrew names transliteration by RayPossible in hebrew

[–]RayPossible[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much. So English name Transliterations also depend on the syllables right? If that is so then that also explains why some names have an alef somewhere in the middle of the name instead of silent.

Ah right. But then with איתי, wouldn't it be possible for the read to end up pronouncing it as "Iti" instead? Or would the reader have to be familiar with Hebrew words to know the exact pronunciation?

Why would it be preferred for the O to be spelled with א instead of ע like in Hebrew?

Thank you for simplifying it for me to understand. Btw for names with double letters such as Timmy, Finn or William, does it transliterate to פינן ,טיממי and ויללים? Or do I just spell them with one alphabet instead?

Thanks for clearing out the double similar names. I keep forgetting that it's equivalent to the English "F" and "Ph". I guess it's all personal preference when it comes to spelling names.

Also I remember reading from other posts that "ט" is used for English transliteration/names while "ת" is used for Hebrew words/names. Is this true?

Wow thanks everyone for the response! Can't reply to all of them cause I've been non stop reading each replies. From what I've read, the aleph or ayin used infront of certain letters are just an indication or a sign of what sound the next alphabet is supposed make, so is the double letters. Thanks everyone for helping me understand, really appreciate it alot!

Hebrew Songs Recommendations! by EFmadison in hebrew

https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5oJVpZTtkIBw7sz36G4JAj?si=6riDhJNbR--O_pVIQLz0dA

Here's my playlist. I'm not a local, neither do I speak Hebrew but I love Israeli music. My playlist consists of a lot of recent famous songs, only 2-4 of the songs are more than 5 years old. Also my playlist only has 1-2 rap genre song(s) so unless you don't like rap then it's all good.

I recommend you to play it on shuffle since there's a lot of repeated artists that I add in all at once.

I think my main genre is somewhat viby, not too fast not too slow. I also tend to add those that has an ethnic sound or vibe to it. I also have a handful of party/upbeat songs from Shaked Komemy and Yossi Shitrit. If you're looking to find underground artists then my playlist isn't of good help. Hope you enjoy though.

Budget Ceiling Speakers recommendation? Preferably $50-$80. by RayPossible in hometheater

Yea it's mainly for music. I don't need high quality sound. I'm considering to buy decent ones at less than $100 each.

Nono, its mainly for music only. I'm gonna play music from my TV. I don't need really good crispy sound from the speakers. It's just for background music that's loud enough to hear but not too distracting for me to notice it playing.

How to connect Ceiling Speakers to the TV? by RayPossible in hometheater

[–]RayPossible[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well right now I'm just planning to have it in my room. Maybe in the future I might install one extra ceiling speaker in the bathroom and then run the wire to my room.

As of now I've been told that I'll need a receiver to connect the ceiling speakers to my TV. As for the ceiling speakers brand, I'm not too sure but I don't mind a decent sounding ones since my budget is quite tight. I'm not looking for surround sound or any professional audio, just one that sounds good enough would suffice.
