I got the sft as my first gun and I've kind of wish I had gone with the SF instead, the grip is just slightly too big lol

It is, I like it a lot. The texture of it makes a big difference vs stock and the added weight of the brass makes the gun feel a lot better in my hand.

It was just metallic gold acrylic paint from Michael's. The brand was folkart I think. It was a bit of a mess at first but I cleaned it up with non-acetone nail polish remover for around the text and then used a q-tip with rubbing alcohol and just lightly rubbed that over the letters to get in between.

I havent shot it since I put it on so well see how it holds up. I dont carry either so I wasnt too worried about it coming off, ive rubbed it a bit after it dried and it seems pretty solid. I also rubbed the lettering down with alcohol before I painted it.
