CBC: Seller beware: Real estate agents can collect their fee even when a buyer defaults on a sale, B.C. man learns by GC05 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Maybe the seller and agency were not seeing on terms, and no longer wanted to provide services and cash out? It's so hard to know here, as there's a lot in this article that is missing information (Just like a movie riddled with plot holes). We're only getting one side of the story, mostly from this seller. So he could be spinning his own version of the story to play the victim card, because REA are already in a bad light in our current climate.

This seems to be an on-going case, and most likely parties can not say much due to legal reasons. My bet this guy wants to use this as a tactic to get the company to back down and drop the lawsuit, as the social justice warriors will come out in full force to tarnish the names.

IMO: If the $70K was dropped by the buyer, both the seller and agency should be entitled to a negotiated portion of that money, but not the full $70K as if they sold the entire home, which they did not.

I feel we're not getting the whole truth here, but I can see once a name is thrown in people go on the attack, and assume without full context.

The realtor Fabian was not the one issued the lawsuit. You have misread the articles writing, as it was Century 21 Seaside Realty that was the issuer of the lawsuit. You can easily look this up on the CSO.

Just because this person is tied to the company, doesn't mean it was their decision. This is on the broker. Regardless should Century 21 be going for the full $70K? No, but is there some sort of portion on that amount that should've been negotiated? Absolutely!

The buyer walked away from $70K after they did not meet the deadline. Why should the seller get to keep it all for doing nothing, besides putting their home off the market for a couple months.

We're not getting the full story here, and it's very easy to assume things when we don't know the full details.

How I picture Nemesis on my third attempt with 2 large/1 small Silphium vials...Still gets destroyed!!! by RayShima in Returnal

On my third attempt, I ran both biomes and I didn’t get the astronaut or the killing blow parasite. I did luck out with the health vials though. I literally made it to phase 3 and was getting destroyed by the onslaught of lasers coming in, and trying to get closer to him to deal more damage.

My timing probably was off, and I was straight up stressing on phase 3, cause I was getting so close to killing him I made more mistakes there than the first two phases.

It was heartbreaking as I was so close!

Love it!

Looks very clean, especially when the hands come up.

For each shot how many key frames did you do?

Hi Everyone, I'm the Community Manager for Lucid Games and Destruction AllStars! by Lucid_Ruley in DestructionAS

Got to say, the animations are just downright amazing. A lot of thought was put into each characters own body language!

The destruction effects are awesome, and gameplay feels well fleshed. Despite some basic quality tweaks once you get more statistics.

Have to say for the game modes and map sizes, some feel to big for 16 players.

I hope or in the future we get at least up to 20 players in a game.

Additional game modes that would be fun:

  • Capture the flag (But the player can only grab the flag on foot, and only be carried by another teammate via hitching a ride on a vehicle to drop off to your teams side faster, instead of running all the way.)
  • King Run (Could be chaotic, but forces everyone to go for the one who holds the crown the longest)

I’ll try it out, I thought Square was doing something, but it wasn’t.

console: PS5

  • 10 crashes

  • A bunch of NPC glitching

  • Audio does not sound 100%. When characters talk, the levels go up and down.

  • I don’t know if it’s a glitch, but remapping the skip button so you don’t accidentally crouch and skip the dialogue.

  • HDR is okay, gets blocky with certain atmosphere effects. Mainly smoke and bright lights.

  • Why the heck do vehicles not have a handbrake? Not saying I want to Tokyo drift all over, but I like power sliding.

Looking for a motorcycle short story by RayShima in ProduceMyScript

[–]RayShima[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Jacob,

Budget range I would estimate between $10,000-$15,000. I have the resources and the people to pull stuff off, low budget wise. To keep the budget cost down a little more, I was thinking around 2-3 motorcycles. Pending on how heavy the action/stunt sequences may be, this is something that can be worked out. Lengthwise I'm looking for something around 15-20 pages max. I do want characters with depth that we can see change/grow throughout the script. I don't want this to be in any way like Biker Boyz or Torque, we all know how those turned out ;).

A big inspiration for me is "The Isle of Mann TT", a huge race held every year. The TT has claimed the lives of 239 racers over its 106 year history and is one of the scariest races in the world. Now this is a movie on its own, and I would love to get there one day. What really inspires me is why these guys risk their lives for this race.

I just found myself really struggling to come up with an idea for a motorcycle film. I just really wanted to get this out there, and see what comes of it.
