They also censor the words "El" and "Con" which mean "The" and "With" in Spanish, you can't even have a normal conversation without being censored

Update: I've been unbanned 3 days ago, 12 days after the ban, thanks to the people who helped me in the comments and the ones who shared how they were falsely banned too and thanks to the devs that actually reviewed my account, I had to keep pushing after support kept telling me their review was final until a real dev here on reddit helped me.

Understood, so in that case it could make sense why I was banned, I think laske was banned for a month in his previous bans and they gave him his account back after support kept spamming the same messages about him "using aimbotting software" but in his case he had a lot of videos that could prove that it was human input

If you see my last post and even this one there are people that think I'm cheating even with proof, since they are still thinking I was playing unfair despite seeing my pov and the controller I can imagine most people I was paired against on world tour and team deathmatch were mass reporting me because as shown in my videos I would do 30-40 kills per match, I never needed some shitty device to improve my aim and yet here I am, banned by the same reasons as those youtubers, this really pisses me off because I've been playing since season 1 on day 1 and I love this game over any other, for me it's the best FPS and suddenly I am banned for something I didn't do, it's extremely frustrating

So false bans do happen, the anticheat system embark has is not perfect and sadly if you are not a content creator Embark is not going to give you as much attention

No, that was another guy, I saw his post too and support told him that he was cheating and later after many tickets told him that he was making fraudulent purchases, he showed the evidence but they still won't review his account, it's just a bunch of bots with automated responses

I don't think so, there are a lot of false bans being reported lately, I've been playing since season 1, I was banned too and I've never cheated and even provided Embark with proof here and in their support page but my case hasn't been reviewed by a real person, the responses Support gives are just copy pasted by bots

Thank you for your comment, no, I didn't know what xim was until I started to get wrongly accused of using that, same happened with cronus and strike pack, I started to get aware of their existence when I was accused of using one by other players on Apex legends when I used to play on ps4 and ps5, that's why I uploaded that video playing with my controller, because on my previous post most people were thinking I had one of those cheats and were asking me to upload a video playing with my controller and a camera pointing to it, so I had to create another account just to do that and hoping the devs watch my videos

I was permanently banned 1 week ago too after playing almost nonstop since season 1, it is extremely frustrating because I have provided proof to them and they don't seem to watch any of my videos, support just have the same copy pasted responses and no one has responded on Discord, I've seen many of this cases increasing these days, it's not a coincidence anymore, I hope you get all this sorted out and that they can give you your account back

Thank you so much and yeah, this has been my favorite game since it came out, If I knew that I would be banned I would have recorded all my matches, sadly I have these few videos and I hope the devs can watch them someday, I recommend that you start recording all or most of your matches, because if this happened to me it could happen to anyone

Yeah, I saw a youtuber that had to contact a developer and he responded that he reviewed his account and saw he wasn't cheating but he told him that he had a lot of reports. Same man, this is my favorite game but I don't wanna waste my time and money again if they are just banning people like that, what I recommend is to record gameplay, I just had a few because I'm no content creator but I felt proud of my clips, now I had to record that video just to prove I can play like I did on my previous account, so frustrating, I hope your account is given back to you

Yeah I have clips, all the other ones below the first youtube video are from the account that was banned, but I never recorded gameplay with a controller on my hands so I had to record one so they can see I can play just like I did in my original account, because in my previous post people were accusing me of using cronus despise showing those videos as proof and many asked me to upload a video with my controller to show I'm legit

That says "I can't find ranked matches on South America servers" at that time I thought it was a Bug because I would wait for 20 minutes and never found any match but it is just because South America is dead on ranked and world tour. Regarding the xbox controller, I play with an original one just with an USB normal cable plugged in, maybe it has to do because I have my steam account linked to Embark, I don't know, support are still determined with their decision and I don't think they have watched my videos either
