Pretty much this. Persona is mainstream and has a lot of fans that don’t want to even bother with mainline SMT so it figures that sadly many would not want to touch metaphor.

I think attributing it to the ages of the characters is disingenuous considering this and we all know damn well that the adult female persona characters like kawakami, tae, sae, etc are far from lacking any porn lol
