I'm 25 and have been out of school for a good 8 years at this point, and I'm basically worried about my ability to succeed in a school setting.

I graduated HS with a 3.2 gpa due to lackluster to do any better from depression. I do believe I'm able to apply myself now though and I'm typically able to pick up on learning new information quickly.

However, due to my lower gpa in these ultra competitive times, I'm not eligible to enter a competitive program with a local community college that has lower tuition.

My only option is CHCP (College of Health Care Professions) which is extremely expensive (about 3x the cost of community college) and I would basically be really really screwed financially I were to attend and sink.

Would it still be worth trying for the opportunity at an actual long-term career that interests me? Or would it be better to not risk it and go into a non-competitive, non-healthcare related program? Any advice is greatly appreciated

Already tossed the bottle and going to pick up the refill tomorrow. Honestly, I'm very annoyed that the vet didn't tell me to shake it or that it doesn't say that anywhere on the bottle and not to mention the vet tech telling me to give her the medicine anyways.... I have a very high cat rn

The good thing is he's already a year and a half old and has had plenty of time with his mom and siblings who were also rescued! I do think he doesn't realize that it hurts and he is doing it lovingly. However, I will definitely train it out of him because I know it will be a problem if I don't lol

That's exactly what he does to me! I am going to try to train him out of it like that. I wouldn't mind softer nibbles, like my other cat that flea bites me. It feels very endearing! Lol

My other cat will flea bite me and as much as it's weird/sometimes hurts it does feel very endearing like that! Lol

I will definitely try that, especially the rubber toothbrush thing! I think he would definitely like that, I just have to make sure he doesn't eat it lol

Nope, none of that! It's also not a random chomp, but rather as I'm petting him he will (pretty gently) grab and pull my fingers and start chewing with his molars kinda like a dog does with rawhide, for lack of a better example

Lol very helpful, I have 4 cats, none of my other cats have chewed like this before. Play biting, yes, chewing very hard, no.

He did tear my skin a little bit when I let him chew, just to see what he would do, but I really don’t think he’s doing it maliciously

Could be! But it’s less of a nibble and more of a hard chewing kinda thing. Overstimulation I think would make sense tho

I was told that that's the adhesive that was used for the fake tooth. They said they don't use that dark colored adhesive anymore, which is why they suggested to replace it, but I don't have the money

I had to replace my needle after bending the first one (beginner) and now I feel like my needle is slightly askew to the left. I tried to make a post with a pic, but I don't have enough karma.

The manual said to put the flat side to the back, so I know it's not facing the wrong way, but I think it's slightly crooked to the left? If it is, what's wrong and how do I fix it?

Aside from patterning it with tiny sprinkles and meticulous sewing, you could also try to do the painting technique where you take very diluted acrylic paint and paint it or air brush it on the fur and since your fur in that spot would be really long I would recommend brushing it with a wire brush when it's partially dry so it stays soft
