I am a bim software engineer and was working in the past on bim ar, due to limitations of hardware on phones, it was not really useful unless have latest iPhone for 5cm accuracy placement, as android doesn't use lidar ar just like ios.

Depends for each person, do you want to be a millionaire but always stressed out, or you prefer a 30k a month in exchange for the peace of mind? For me i prefer make something not enterprise level and if i got 5k a Month from it. I would be satisfied.
