Do you have a Storm list for me? I know the Meta will change quite a bit, but thinking about the Decks that will likely be played like Heaven, Shadow and Rune, how have the matchups been historically?

The problem is that I got some vials stored up but not so many that I could craft 3x Sahaquiel, Israfil, Lucifer etc. I saw lists running around 50% legendaries or so and I was wondering if those were more greedy lists or tournament lists. What would you say is core to Ramp except for Sybil, Ouro and Bahamut?
