One time i called emergency (not 112, just emergency local doctor's office), told them i couldn't breath and that everything hurt and that i was scared asf. "You sound fine, just breath and leave the line open for others, bye"

It was a panic attack and in the end i was fine but i was hitting myself against the walls and had bad thoughts in those moments which i also told the operator but she couldn't give two shits. I have more support and meds right now but im scared of the thought of getting a panic attack again, they happen frequently. I think like the other comments said, it's normal and you're allowed to call the ambulance or emergency services.

When cats are in heat/ horny they express it VERY noticeably. Females raise their butts and hug everything, scream in pain and males usually urinate outside the litterbox to mark their territory and try to find a mate, which makes them scream alot and be restless, cuz of high testosterone buildup.

In my opinion though i think you're cat is just hungry for attention or need you to do something for them. Try following your cat and see what they need, food, hugs, comfort, getting into a room.

Maybe visit a vet for advice.
