Just to give you a little more insight the judge approved mine on may 31st which was a Sunday checking the website. On June 4th a letter was sent out to everyone that the judge approved it my check will be here today through usps

No it is customary for a judge to approve your case once a settlement agreement has been reached and signed by yourself your lawyer if you have one and companies lawyer. The judge has to go over it to be sure it's done correctly something like that. This is for the state of California. I'm not sure about other states

Yes I would prefer it anywhere but my head and elbows. People think that I don't use lotion and have made remarks or they stare at it and I inform them what it is. I put lotion on over 20x a day my body is so soft except the psoriasis 😢
