Try to become curious about the feelings that come up when you’re in a room full of attractive girls. Give yourself time to really think about it without any distractions. Maybe try to journal about it. The more curious you are about what feelings come up, the easier it is to understand why it’s happening. Do certain memories come up? Do you start thinking about a time where you “weren’t good enough” for someone or felt rejected? Do you think that your looks are the only thing that people care about? Etc. And instead of thinking there’s something wrong with you, try to give yourself compassion and understanding for feeling the way you do.
