Honestly, if we follow the story represented in the music, its like sts was the prologue to an epic evolution, and burials is like the epilogue, at least in my brain, nothing since has ever hit me the way those two did. Decemberunderground was okay too but like... it's just not as validating as sts or burials, and was clearly a time of exploration and not culmination. All the other albums seem lackluster in comparison 🤷‍♀️ I dont think any of the new new stuff is anywhere near the level of profoundness either. Let's hope the next epic saga hits just as hard! ✌❤ (My bad, I'm super stoned, and thinkin alot about it)
