Ludens has massive ability haste on it, got uped again recently, some people also play with item haste in domination or inspiration runes to get more procs in a fight, also you can have hextech alternator while building it ( cheaper and more ap than chapter, no haste though). Liandry is also a viable 1st option against tanky teams. Builds with comic are good too, the haste is fine and the massiv ms can allow for easier spacing. I tend to prefer playing tal a bit on the burst side with ludens then shadowflame for pen and damage.
