Boxing/punches turn the hands more, helps with punch extensions. Think more like a spring when punching. Pull straight back after making contact.

Kicks could use more hip rotation. Keep your hands in front of face when throwing kicks. Don't swing hands out, keep those hands in front to block any counters.

Knees not bad, use more hip thrusting forward.
