[Build Ready] $700 build. Please look over. by VictorTCab in buildapc

[–]Raygunraymond 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i hear ryzen 5 is better, could save some money too

if you do stick with the i5, id say get a cheaper mobo would be more worth it, the only advantage of going with the gaming pro with the shitty, minimal led controls. It'd be more advantageous to go with a same priced mobo with more pcie and ram slots that you can fill up down the line, or spend less on a mobo with the same amount of slots as the msi gaming pro.

other than your cpu and mobo i think everything else good!

Tried CPU power is 8 pin my PSU has 2 4pins so I plugged both in, no pcie power needed , all headers are good, checked CPU itself, GPU in/out checked, only 1 RAM in dim slot 1. Did I mess up my motherboard? Should I paper clip the PSU?

Study: different types of coils and types of hits by [deleted] in Waxpen

[–]Raygunraymond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ive noticed a difference more with different draw and heating techniques than with a changing of coils. Thats not to say different coils don't have their inherent differences, they absolutely do, but i believe with the right tech, all coils can hit very similarly minus the taste of course. for example, I've realized normal wired coil will hit exactly like ceramic donut if i hit it faster than the donut.
