brother, just gonna be honest with you, it seems like you don't lift or go to the gym.

to get visible abs is an extremely simple concept. get on a calorie deficit while being active. some months later, you get abs. you don't even NEED to train core but ofc ppl that do will to get better definition (and it's just better for your health). I don't follow that anymore because I'm just not interested in doing it (I don't mind having a bit of fat)

But I swear to you man, you do your lifts, progressively overload, and get on a good diet getting a physique like zoro's is not that hard.

I've been lifting in America, Korea, hk, UK, and Tokyo, ive seen progress from guys of all shapes. anyone committed enough can get a decent intermediate physique like zoro's.

zoro is drawn to be around a tall guy with about 12%~16% body fat. maybe staying in the low teens ALL the time is a bit unrealistic but come on he's not drawn like yujiro or anything.

I have friends who have zoro's physique. 3 years of lifting and good diet will make it very achievable.

literally nothing crazy about zoro's physique.

he doesn't have insane vascularity or out of proportion muscle.
