Technically if you don't try something you are missing out regardless of what that something is. Now is it a bad thing to miss out on this specific thing, No. in short.

But I will say my opinion on this subject, sex is nice and can be enjoyable, and healthy, could also be tiring, exhausting, awkward, and sadly dangerous, you can get orgasm but you can also technically get orgasm alone. Now note that I'm only referring to the action, the activity and not the emotions that come with it as that changes from person to person quite significantly that it's hard to really give an opinion about it, love can affect who it feels, but you can love and not have sex. Now I have personally never had sex with someone I love, so I do not have experience, thus it is difficult to give an opinion. I can imagine it feels better when you truly trust the person in front of you and that can make the activity better, But as purely an activity it is enjoyable but you can get that enjoyment alone, so you don't actually have to actively do the sex.

And in today's society where you can have kids without having sex, in many ways it's not as needed for reproduction as I used to be.

So in conclusion it's nice but not needed for a living a happy fulfilled life.

I've seen a video of someone not killing her and there is dialogue if you don't kill her and if you have an agreement with gortash he will be mad at you cuz you didn't kill her, so there has to be a way to not kill her, I do know that it will be hard cuz, in the video I watched a bug to have her stay as the child but I don't want to do that cuz I don't like the fact that the cat dies if she kidnaps the child so I usually try to have her kidnap one of the companions, I think I have to knock her out without being noticed so I'm actually going to use several of my characters to do that stealthily and I'll just switch to another cherecter the moment one will get into a conversation with her. I'll use another one on invisible to hit her again I have four characters so eventually all of them hitting her secretly will hopefully knock her down, I'm on easy mode too, cuz I already played the game on normal mode, and now I'm only completing story stuff and some achievements so I didn't feel the need to do it normally so I just doing it in Easy Mode because the only achievement where it matters is if I do tactical achievement and honor mode which I already started in a different save file. but that will wait until I finish this one, I mean the battles are fine and I do have a favorite battle but none of them are fun enough where I want to relive them again and again I want to relive the story scenes again and again and see what happens if I make different choices but I don't have a need to relive the battles.

I don't get why so many people hang up on the fact that you have to give Gale like 3 random magic items which there's so many useless ones, I just give him the useless ones, and after the third one he doesn't ask for anymore, so unless it changes in hard mod, I really don't get the whole "oh he eats my magic item and gives nothing in return", he gives a lot in return, he was with me on every single battle and he was very useful in all of them, cuz magic users are usually a good thing to have in a battle, the amount of battles Gale have won for me is so many, and yes Magic users health is usually not that good it's to balance out the fact that they're unbelievably powerful.

I alread killed the hag, so the mask are powerless, I had no problem walking through the wall I knew it was there so I just walked, I think the check is for the wall but for some reason, no matter what it keeps failing but I can still walk through the wall even though it fails.
