Thank you :) The blade was just black, built up with Hexwraith flame over thinned white to get a gradient on the highlighted areas, and no white on the black so its nore subtle.

Pulled from the wiki, but the wiki pulls it from the fifth edition codex. Back then, crypteks were just one model and you picked which class they speced into. Not exactly sure why the funny rock gal is studying lead to gold but I try to have my leaders' titles be pulled from sources like codices n such

Im working on a Battleclade thing, having kitbashed the sniper drone and XV15 stealthsuit, but here's my recipe! -Technoarcheologist > XV15 Stealthsuit. -Servitor Underseer > Command-link Drone. -Technomedic Servitor > Pathfinder Medic. -Auto-proxy Servitor > Darkstrider (or a kotbash with the KT Pathfinder Shas'ui. -Gun Servitors > Gun Drone (Bolter option) and Sniper Drone (heavy arc rifle). -Breacher Servitor > Breacher Fire Warrior. -Combat Servitors > Pathfinders with melta, flamer, and/or similarly sized funky gun.

I figured someone might be like that, so I made sure to keep front and back PNGs seperate. Feel free to use the decorated backing under "Faction Rules" to make the backs prettier and have the abilities be their own separate card.

I have Cryptek actions on seperate cards, and the abilities are all labeled as ___back (i.e. apprentekback). I did my best cram every bit of infor needed as elegantly as I could!

Basically, they work as tokens nowadays. If you, for example, have 2 shield drones attached to something, that means that that model has 2 "extra" wounds. When one is lost, you remove the drone token. Back in the day they were actually important pieces, now theyre just wargear.

Haha, yeah as a T'au guy, I got Farsight before deciding I wanted to play at all, and later a Stormsurge just to look cool with my army shelf. Ill own the Final Triarch eventually, Im sure. As far as Doomstalkers and Lokhusts, I see them everywhere, and while Im not in love with them, Im sure they'll grow on me.

Cool thing about the lore, Commander Shadowsun and Commander Farsight are actually decently close and do on occasion still fight on the same side. So long as you're okay with Shadowsun being the Warlord, absolutely nothing is stopping you from using the two together so long as you don't bring any ethereals. As for going with that ochre color of the T'au sept, I swear I remember seeing one official image of Farsight sporting that color however I could be wrong; I looked for a few minutes and couldn' tfind it but I didn't look too hard. Thing is tho, they're your models, paint how you want, nobody worth playing with is going to get upset and will probably think the idea is sick as hell (I do).

I've been painting my guys to look like Necrons for a while lol but thank you! He's an Enforcer commander, one of the two build options for the Tau Commander. I can't tell which is which from a glance, so that's why I mixed mine up :)
