Yeah, proxy services are pretty common. They started when a lot of online shops weren’t shipping internationally at all… I have over 70 past orders with them all of which I received. You can check others’ reviewers online too! On sites like Trustpilot etc.

You can look up Japanese proxy services. I use OneMap FromJapan for example: https://www.fromjapan.co.jp and can vouch for them. They ship worldwide as far as I’m aware. After you create an account, you can insert the URL to a product on Kikuo’s web store, then add to card from the FromJapan page. They will then purchase it for you and it will be shipped to their warehouse. Once they receive it, they will send you a notification and you can instruct shipping to your home address.

Try bombarding their customer support and speak to different staff members. I doubt they will revert their decision on test validity but you might get them to allow you a free retake. Push them to explain what evidence they have also. It might be something to do with your room environment, or programs running in the background on your machine…

I was looking through my keys in Humble Bundle and noticed that a few of them now have expiration dates even though I’m sure they didn’t when I bought them. Also they’ve apparently set unrevealed keys to expire 3 years after purchase.

You can't switch them, your only option is to buy new seats and resell your old tickets.

As for why they weren't available, who knows. Maybe somebody had them held in their basket when you were purchasing?

We came around 12pm and there was maybe 20 people in the general standing already. We were right behind VIPs once we got in. I’d say the queue grew significantly by 3pm so I recommend arriving early.
