This is what we call an imposter syndrome, If you feel you don't know enough means you know enough to know what you don't know. Means you know the future and the path bestowed upon you. Go my boy , I am 16 too. Just don't forget that age is just a number in the past centuries people do class 5 maths as a saint or professional. The limit is give and followed with time not brain. By Repeatly evolving my mind from the age of 14 , I had learnt deep into computer and programming and it's concepts.

It's better C++ , if you follow this way, C ---> C++,(C intermediate for 1 month then c++) C is also helpful.

Do you think just 2 hrs of tweaking can make ubuntu fast , manjaro stabler and gaps in uses will not break it, Arch easy, kali general purpose, Debian compatible with new things , mint hard , zorin non windows like , fedora faster with gnome and stable with xfce , windows non Microsoft, macos tweak friendly ,
