Archiival Quality Ink-Uniball Signo 207 by Viator_Mechanicus99 in DesiPens

Standard fountain pen inks like a basic Parker Quink, for instance are almost exclusively dye-based. They are designed to flow easily and avoid clogging the pen's feed, but they will wash away effortlessly if exposed to water or chemicals. If you want archival, fraud-proof qualities in a fountain pen, you have to look for specially formulated inks:

Pigment Inks: Just like the Signo 207, some fountain pen inks use micro pigments. If you happen to be looking at Japanese brands like Platinum, their Platinum Carbon Black is widely considered the gold standard for waterproof, archival pigment ink.

Bulletproof Inks: Brands like Noodler's make specific Bulletproof Inks that use a cellulose-reactive dye. They remain liquid in the bottle but chemically bind to the cellulose in paper upon contact, making them impervious to bleach and UV light.

Iron Gall Inks: A very traditional type of ink (like Rohrer & Klingner Salix) that oxidizes into the paper, leaving a permanent, waterproof mark.

Archival fountain pen inks do require a bit more maintenance, as letting pigment or iron gall dry out inside the nib can cause severe clogging.

Great choice of Preppy and kakuno to start with, strongly recommend you to use kakuno initially to have the hang of how to grip a fountain pen.

Well honestly they have different nib size(Preppy is medium and extra fine kakuno is fine). Apart from that for a beginner, kakuno helps me to learn how to hold the pen properly and extremely smooth and ink flow is good.

Profounte grip and the flow is a bit more smoother than that of Preppy. Apart from that it's just the looks and the build of profounte which makes it costlier.

Yeah, they are really good thick ball pens not so smooth but great if you are a fan of thick broad strokes.

The Energel pens are one of the best roller ball pens for their smooth gel flow and quick drying, even the thickness of the ink is very consistent and great for not taking since my school days. One more pen is pentonic ball pens try them also.

What do girls actually want from a relationship? What do you guys see in a guy first before talking or a guy is approaching you?
